Our 6 minute “Warm Up at the Tee” will calm “first tee jitters” and ensure that your core is engaged throughout your round.
Our Golf Warm Up Video featuring Carlton Dove, PGA Teaching Professional will guide you through the Warm Up or select any one of the 8 single videos of your choice. The warm up is appropriate for all ages, male or female.
